The Cristina Aguilera Flamenco Trio presents an authentic and passionate show straight from the roots of Andalucían flamenco starring acclaimed dancer Cristina Aguilera, Miguel el Lavi (singer), and David Caro (guitar).
“TARAB” is an Arabic word that refers to a state of ecstasy induced by music... It is that moment of trance in which the dancer connects with her deepest emotions, and passion and energy take over.
Born in Granada, Cristina Aguilera began her dance training at an early age, learning from masters of flamenco such as Mariquilla, Maite Galán, and later deepening her craft in Seville and Madrid with artists like Manolete, Juana Amaya, and Javier Latorre. Her profound musicality, expressive strength, and traditional footwork have led her to perform across top flamenco tablaos and international festivals worldwide.
